They have high payouts and offer affiliates gift cards as incentives, Copeac also helps affiliates by giving them a free web design services (only for affiliates) ,Copeac is a division of online interactive marketing agency-Intermark Media.
Signing up
The initial sign up process will only take about 5 minutes. You’ll need to input your personal information as well as information about your web sites and enter your phone number in to the automated telephone verification system. Within seconds they will place an automated call to the number your entered. A PIN code will be provided during this call, you will enter this PIN for verification of your application.
Payment
Copeac pays on a Net 15 pay period for US affiliates and a Net 30 pay period for International affiliates, Payments are made via check or wire transfer. You can request faster payments by contacting your Affiliate manager.The minimum payment threshold is $100.

Copeac’s affiliate support is exceptional. Each affiliate is assigned their own affiliate manager which is Very communicative and Supportive.

Here’s my little review of Copeac..Been working with copeac for the last 6 months or so after being ripped by another network and have been very happy with them, they pay ontime and the affiliate manages are very helpful. Copeac uses direct track witch works well. All in all copeac is a top notch network.:)
